Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kate Winslow, founder of Winslow Coaching, mom of two amazing kids, and a dog lover living in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains among the redwoods. When I’m not working in operations at a venture capital firm, I’m following my passion for helping teens and their parents find more ease, connection, and understanding in their relationships.

Why teen coaching? Because I know what it’s like to feel lost between worlds -cultural, emotional, and generational and I also know that clarity always comes when we slow down and listen to the deeper intelligence within us.

My work isn’t about fixing or doing more; it’s about uncovering what’s already true and steady inside of you. From that space, communication becomes easier, trust rebuilds naturally, and both teens and parents begin to experience a sense of calm and connection that was there all along.
